About Us

MRGESCP is a partnership of federal, state, and local governmental entities, Indian Tribes and Pueblos, and non-governmental organizations aiming to protect and recover federally listed species in the riparian corridor of the Middle Rio Grande, while preserving the area’s existing and future water uses in compliance with applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, rules, and regulations. MRGESCP uses a science and adaptive management process for its operations in support of its mission and goals, and to support greater adaptive management efforts within the Middle Rio Grande.
