The Middle Rio Grande Endangered Species Collaborative Program (Collaborative Program) is hosting a Management of Vegetated Islands and Bank-Attached Bars Workshop. The issue of managing vegetated islands and bars has been repeatedly raised by Collaborative Program members, and is highly important to the Middle Rio Grande today. Participants will discuss these vegetated islands and bars and develop recommendations on strategies for different management goals.
