This form is for updating an existing collection. If you need to upload a new collection, visit the Collection and Item Management Dashboard.
Select your organization from the dropdown list.
Choose a collection from the dropdown list then you will be prompted to upload your file.
is this the correct collection?
If this is the correct collection, click the radio button next to Yes; otherwise, click the radio button next to No.
If No is chosen, the form will reset and another collection can be chosen.
Success! The file has been uploaded to the server.
