This form is for requesting a Digital Object Identifer (DOI) for a collection. If you need to upload an existing DOI to a collection, visit the Collection and Item Management Dashboard.

To add a DOI to a collection, first choose a collection from the dropdown list.

Success! A DOI has been requested. The DOI will be listed on the collection page.

A DOI already exists for that record. Visit the collection page to view the DOI.
