Thermal Release Request
The 2017 FFMP allocates 2,500 cfs-days to the Thermal Mitigation Bank. There are 1,846 cfs-days remaining in the bank which expires on 5/31/2022. The approximate debit from the thermal mitigation bank for this increase is about 40 cfs-days.
