Thermal Release Request
NYSDEC has requested an 8 hour +800 cfs pulse from Cannonsville and a continuous increase of +20 cfs from Neversink until 4:00 PM Sunday to address potentially high water temperatures tomorrow.
The pulse will use approximately 367 cfs-days from the thermal bank. This weekend’s increase at Neversink will use about 40 cfs-days total from the thermal bank. There are currently about 1450 cfs-days remaining in the bank and there will be about 1060 cfs-days remaining after this pulse and the Neversink increase.
