The story map presented is a variant of the CartoDB OdysseyJS mapping framework that presents a series of slides which give the user the ability to take a virtual float trip through the major impoundments on the Lower Colorado River. The story map contains background information on each of the structures, in addition to a fully interactive map with detailed high resolution imagery. This product is part of a much larger application that was developed by USGS CIDA.
